Payment

Requirements upon making a payment:
- Customer needs to pay 1/3 of the deposit from the total amount of payment
- After making payment, please send us your full name with your payment receipt attached
- Payment should be made not more than 2 days after making order
- On the delivery day, customer must pay the remaining amount due
- Order must be made complete. If failed, we are not responsible for any damages or loses
- Cancellation of orders will not be entitled for their deposit
- Full payment is also accepted

Booking

Requirements upon placing an order:
- Please fill up 'Order Form'
- Form must be completely filled
- A day after the order form is sent, you will retrieve a text massage from PopEateries regarding the next
   procedure

Delivery

Delivery will be made to you on the date you receive our reply. If the venue changed, you must inform us at least one (1) day earlier.
COD will only be made around Kuala Terengganu area. For other areas, delivery is still available but payment on delivering goods will be charged.
